Our Work in Practice

Our work is shaped by the child, the family, and the moment they’re in. Depending on needs and context, support may include:

Individual learning support

One-on-one work tailored to the child’s developmental stage and learning profile. This may include early foundations, support for older students (including advanced literature studies and mathematics), and work in literacy, math, writing, or executive functioning — often through multisensory, movement-based approaches.

Small group learning

Thoughtfully structured groups that support both skill-building and social learning. Groups emphasize cooperation, shared problem-solving, and relationship rather than competition. (Learning pods and outdoor groups may be offered as appropriate.)

Parent support and consultation

One-on-one conversations with parents and caregivers, as well as occasional group discussions or circles. This work creates space to think together about exceptionalities, school systems, burnout, and advocacy — without judgment or pressure to “fix.”
